Cheesy Beans and Rice
Cooking with Tupperware making Cheesy Beans and Rice in the MultiCooker
- 2 cups white rice
- 1 cup tomatillo salsa
- pinch of salt
- 3 1/2 cups water
- 1 15 oz can black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 1/2 cup colby cheese
Place the rice, salsa, water and salt into the Smart Multi-Cooker base. Cover with grain insert and grain seal. Cook in microwave according to directions for the rice you are using.
Top with beans and freshly grated cheese (use the Grate Master Shredder) and return to microwave for a few minutes to heat the beans and melt the cheese.
