Cheesy Beans and Rice
Cooking with Tupperware making Cheesy Beans and Rice in the MultiCooker
Ingredients
- 2 cups white rice
- 1 cup tomatillo salsa
- pinch of salt
- 3 1/2 cups water
- 1 15 oz can black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 1/2 cup colby cheese
Instructions
- Place the rice, salsa, water and salt into the Smart Multi-Cooker base. Cover with grain insert and grain seal. Cook in microwave according to directions for the rice you are using.
- Top with beans and freshly grated cheese (use the Grate Master Shredder) and return to microwave for a few minutes to heat the beans and melt the cheese.
