Chicken Stir Fry
Cooking with Tupperware making Chicken Stir Fry in the Chef Series. II 3.2 qt. Sauteuse with Glass Cover
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts cubed
- 2-3 cloves fresh garlic
- 2-3 tbsp coconut oil.
- soy sauce
- 1 can corn
- 1 can water chestnuts
- Misc vegetables (broccoli, mushrooms, carrots)
Instructions
Chicken
- Brown garlic in oil in Chef Series II pan.
- Add chicken and cook until tender; 3-5 minutes.
- Set aside.
Vegetables
- Saute vegetables in oil.
- Combine all ingredients and serve over rice or quinoa.
- Splash with soy sauce for taste.
