Chicken Stir Fry

Cooking with Tupperware making Chicken Stir Fry in the Chef Series. II 3.2 qt. Sauteuse with Glass Cover

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts cubed
  • 2-3 cloves fresh garlic
  • 2-3 tbsp coconut oil.
  • soy sauce
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • Misc vegetables (broccoli, mushrooms, carrots)

Instructions

Chicken

  • Brown garlic in oil in Chef Series II pan.
  • Add chicken and cook until tender; 3-5 minutes.
  • Set aside.

Vegetables

  • Saute vegetables in oil.
  • Combine all ingredients and serve over rice or quinoa.
  • Splash with soy sauce for taste.
