Broccoli and Chicken Farfalle Alfredo

Cooking with Tupperware making Broccoli and Chicken Farfalle Alfredo in the Microwave Smart Multi-Cooker

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ lb farfalle pasta
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1-2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1 oz cream cheese

Instructions

  • Add farfalle pasta and 1⁄2 tsp. of the salt to the Base of the Smart Multi-Cooker.
  • Add 3-4 cups water to reach the indent in the Base of the Smart Multi-Cooker Base.
  • Place chicken in the Shielded Colander and season with salt and pepper and place inside Base, (without removing pasta).
  • Place broccoli in the Shallow Colander, place on top of Large Shielded Colander, place Shielded Cover on and microwave on high power for 15 minutes, or until pasta is al dente or cooked to desired doneness.
  • Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, melt butter and add garlic, slowly add heavy cream while stirring continuously, whisk in cream cheese, until melted, then add parmesan cheese.
  • Drain pasta, add the sauce to the pasta, add the chicken and broccoli, stir. Serve warm.
