Ratatouille
Cooking with Tupperware making Ratatouille in the Microwave Stack Cooker
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup eggplant peeled and cubed
- 1 cup zucchini cubed
- ¼ cup onion chopped
- 1 8 oz can tomatoes diced
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp dried oregano crushed
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp marjoram, crushed
Instructions
- In the 3⁄4-Qt. Casserole Cover add all the ingredients, stir to combine.
- If Stack Cooking, place in top position, microwave 20-25 minutes.
- If cooking individually microwave on high for 5-7 minutes.
- Let rest 5 minutes.
